3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification that must include:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed a legal action.
4. Repeat Infringers
In compliance with the DMCA, we reserve the right to terminate access or accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

6. Final Statement
